1. Within seven (7) calendar days after receipt of products (according to shipping records), request an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN). Send an e-mail to info@havikabikini.com with “EAN Request” in the subject line. YOU MUST DO THIS BEFORE YOU MAIL THE PRODUCTS YOU WISH TO RETURN. Provide the original order details such as order number, shipping address, date of invoice, and a contact e-mail address. Also, please specify the products you wish to exchange and the product number, color, and size of the product(s) you wish to receive in exchange.
2. You will receive an EAN by return e-mail with additional instructions.
3. Mail the products you wish to exchange at the below Return and Exchange address and include the EAN. All products must be in new, original condition. We recommend using a traceable method of delivery as it is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely to our return address.
Please allow up to 21 days for us to receive your return product(s) and process your request for domestic customers and 45 days for international customers.
Products returned without the proper EAN or sent anywhere other than our return address will not be processed.
Please include a correct working e-mail address with all correspondence, including your returned products, so we can contact you if we need further information.
